Address Changes & Failed Deliveries

• Need to change the address? Email us within 12 hours of ordering.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Customs & Duties (International)
