Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy to return or replace.

Eligibility

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

How to Start a Return

Email info@vesperalchemy.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll reply with return instructions and, if applicable, an RMA number.
Pack the item securely and ship using a trackable service; share the tracking with us.
Once inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

  • After your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are issued within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or we made an error.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Start a return and place a new order—this ensures the fastest processing and availability.

Return Shipping

  • For buyer’s remorse, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • For damaged/defective or wrong items, we cover return shipping or provide a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items used, missing parts, or not in original condition.
  • Gift cards and downloadable products.
  • Final sale items (clearly marked as such at checkout).

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Check your bank/credit card again; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@vesperalchemy.com.
